CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change! Because mobile spray tanning requires travel time and setup, please review our updated cancellation policy below: ⏰ Cancellation Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. 💸 Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a 50% service fee. 🚫 No-Shows: If we arrive at your location and you are unavailable or the appointment is canceled upon arrival, the full service amount (100%) will be charged. 🚗 Travel Considerations: Because we travel to you, please ensure there is safe, accessible parking and space for setup. If we’re unable to access your location or park safely, it may be treated as a no-show. 📅 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
